The SENKEN Umi 5-Piece Damascus Knife Set pairs Japanese VG10 Damascus steel with genuine abalone shell handles, combining unparalleled cutting performance with the captivating beauty of the ocean.

The collection includes five kitchen knives—a chef’s knife, santoku knife, boning knife, utility knife, and paring knife—covering everything from chopping vegetables and slicing boneless meats to trimming and peeling.

Each individually forged blade features a Japanese VG10 steel core surrounded by 33 layers of Damascus steel on each side, forming a 67-layer blade with a distinctive flowing pattern. Rated at 62 HRC, the blades offer exceptional hardness and excellent edge retention.
