Best $89 I ever spent. As good as my $1,000 chef knife, if not better. This VG10 steel is serious. Light saber sharp. Handle shape feels great in my hand. Stainless Damascus won't stain either. I'm blown away at the value of this blade.

Absolutely love this knife. The blade is razor sharp, beautifully balanced, and the Damascus pattern looks incredible in person. The resin burl handle gives it a premium custom feel, and it performs just as good as it looks.

I am loving this knife set! I was immediately wowed by the nice packaging, not just on the outside but every piece of the set is wrapped in its own custom and nice packaging inside of the box. The knives are perfect, I only use 2-3 of them really but having them all sit nicely in the block is nice to look at in the kitchen. I hope these will last me forever.
