How to Use
- Place the tip of the rod on a stable, non-slip surface. Hold it upright with light downward pressure.
- Position the heel of the knife against the top of the rod at the knife’s recommended edge angle.
- Draw the blade down the rod from heel to tip using light pressure. Repeat 2–3 times on each side, maintaining a consistent angle.
- Rinse the knife and dry thoroughly after use. Clean the rod with a soft, non-abrasive brush.
