A masterful fusion of Japanese steel and natural artistry, the SENKEN Dynasty 7-Piece Damascus Knife Set pairs 67-layer Damascus blades with richly grained sycamore wood handles, bringing precision and distinctive character to everyday cooking.

The collection includes seven kitchen knives, covering everything from chopping vegetables and slicing boneless meats, to cutting crusty bread and handling delicate paring tasks.

Each blade features a Japanese VG10 steel core surrounded by 33 layers of Damascus steel on each side, creating a distinctive flowing pattern. Rated at 62 HRC, the blades offer exceptional hardness and excellent edge retention for lasting cutting performance.

Multi-stage heat treatment, including annealing and cryogenic processing, enhances durability and edge retention. The kitchen knives feature a 15° double-bevel edge for smooth, precise slicing, dicing, and chopping.

Natural sycamore wood brings warm tones and distinctive grain to every knife, while the handles’ smooth, curved shape supports a firm, comfortable grip for steady, controlled cutting.

Includes a luxury gift box for presentation and storage.

Full 7-Piece Collection includes:

  • 8" Chef's Knife
  • 8" Bread Knife
  • 7" Cleaver Knife
  • 7" Santoku Knife
  • 6" Boning Knife
