The SENKEN Black Tsunami 7-inch Santoku Knife combines Japanese VG10 Damascus steel with a distinctive black resin burl wood handle.

Designed for slicing, dicing, and chopping, this versatile kitchen knife handles vegetables, boneless meats, and fish with precision.

A Japanese VG10 steel core is surrounded by 33 layers of Damascus steel on each side, creating a 67-layer blade with a flowing pattern.

Rated at 62 HRC, the blade offers excellent edge retention for everyday food preparation.

The black resin burl wood handle pairs warm wood grain with deep black resin, joined by an organic, wave-like transition.

Natural variations give each handle its own character, while its comfortable shape supports a secure grip and controlled cutting.
