Amethyst 16-Piece Japanese Knife Block Set — High-Carbon Steel with Purple Resin Handles

The SENKEN Amethyst 16-Piece Japanese Knife Block Set combines high-carbon stainless steel blades with richly patterned purple resin handles, bringing effortless cutting and a bold, coordinated look to your kitchen.

The collection includes eight kitchen knives, six matching steak knives, kitchen scissors, and an acacia hardwood block—everything you need for prep, serving, and storage.

Each Amethyst knife is carefully heat-treated and sharpened to a 15° double-bevel edge for razor-sharp slicing, dicing, chopping. The knives are etched with a traditional Damascus pattern, paying homage to a style of knife-making whose history stretches back over 1000 years.

Each knife features a solid purple resin handle, with a smooth shape for comfortable handling and an integrated finger guard for added protection during cutting.

The acacia hardwood knife block keeps the collection organized and within easy reach, with warm natural wood grain that complements the purple handles.
