Finish with the 1000-grit ceramic honing disc to refine the edge for cleaner, more precise cutting. The dual-sided design keeps both steps together in one compact tool.

How to Use
- Place the knife against the magnetic base at your chosen angle, keeping the blade flush with the surface.
- Roll the diamond sharpening disc back and forth along the edge for 30–60 seconds, or until the desired sharpness is achieved.
- Turn the knife over and repeat on the other side.
- Repeat with the ceramic honing disc to refine both sides of the edge.
- Rinse the knife and dry thoroughly before use.
