Knife Sets & Cutlery
Our knife sets, individual knives, and other cutlery carry with them a lifetime warranty against manufacturer's defects. This warranty does not cover accidental loss or theft or damage resulting from improper use or storage of products. It is important to read and understand the Care Instructions that are provided with your purchase to ensure that your knives are properly cared for to last a lifetime. Damage to knives that are a result of cutting hard objects like bone, hard-shelled foods, frozen foods, and other hard objects is not covered by this warranty. Damage or defects to knives or their handles as a result of dishwasher use, leaving knives standing or soaking in water, or not immediately drying knives is not covered by this warranty. Improper use that leads to the following conditions are not covered by this warranty: knife blades that are rusted, discolored, dulled, scratched, bent, broken, chipped, separated from the handle, or snapped; knife handles that are cracked or otherwise damaged. Cosmetic changes and other normal wear and tear are also not covered by this warranty. Senken Knives reserves to right to ask for information including pictures as well as inspect any items claimed under this warranty and will in its sole discretion determine if any damage or defects are the result of improper use or a manufacturer's defect. Items that do not qualify for a warranty claim can be returned at the customer's expense.
Accessories & Other Non-cutlery Items
We also offer a lifetime warranty on all accessories against manufacturer's defects. This warranty does not cover accidental loss or theft or damage resulting from improper use or storage of products. With prompt and hassle-free claims processing, our goal is to offer peace of mind and unparalleled support, making our products not only durable but also accompanied by a safety net that lasts for two years beyond the initial purchase. Please note that certain exclusions, such as theft, and are not covered by this plan. Cosmetic and related issues such as rust as well as normal wear and tear from usage do not qualify for knife replacement. One claim may be placed under this plan anytime within 2 years of order date. Shipping costs for replacement items may be charged separately during claim fulfillment and are not included under this plan. Senken Knives reserves the right to ask for more information about each claim if necessary, and will make the final determination on a claim qualifying for replacement under this plan.
