I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Our warehouse team works around the clock preparing and shipping out orders, which means we typically ship out orders same day or next day, depending on the time of day the order was placed. Shipping times are 1-5 business days for US orders, and 3-7 business days for international orders.

Tracking numbers will be updated as soon as your order has shipped. If you did not receive an email with your order confirmation or tracking number, please email us at support@senkenknives.com.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We offer 30-Day Returns & Exchanges on all of our products (with a few exceptions).

In the rare circumstance that you product arrives damaged, we will help you replace it as quickly as possible.
