The SENKEN Wasabi 8-Piece Japanese Knife Set combines high-carbon stainless steel blades with richly patterned green resin handles, bringing effortless cutting and bold color to your kitchen.
The collection includes eight kitchen knives, giving you the right blade for everything from chopping vegetables and carving meats to slicing crusty bread and peeling fruit.
Carefully heat-treated for hardness and edge retention, the knives feature a 15° double-bevel edge, delivering the fine, precise cuts Japanese knives are known for.
An intricately engraved blade pattern gives the collection its distinctive appearance, with flowing details that complement the deep green handles.

Wasabi Collection — Japanese High-Carbon Steel Knife Set with Green Resin Handles
These knives are amazing and the best set I have ever had. Unfortunately, the Chef knife must have cracked during shipping. The base of the handle broke off in the first use. Otherwise these knives are extremely light weight and are incredibly sharp. If possible I would love to get the chef knife replaced and I can return the broken one. Thank you.
