The SENKEN Tsunami™ 6-Piece Damascus Steak Knife Set pairs Japanese VG10 Damascus steel blades with one-of-a-kind blue resin burl wood handles, delivering time-honored precision and a wave of deep blue color to your table.

Hardened to 62 HRC, the non-serrated blades glide through a crisp, seared crust to a tender, juicy center without tearing the meat. A 15° double-bevel straight edge delivers sharp, controlled cutting with minimal effort.

Each blade features a Japanese VG10 steel core surrounded by 33 layers of Damascus steel on each side, forming a 67-layer blade with a natural, flowing pattern.

Hand-selected burl wood is stabilized with our signature Tsunami blue resin blend, then shaped and polished into a handle that resists moisture and wear. Rounded contours provide a firm, comfortable grip, and natural variations in the wood grain and resin give each handle its own distinctive beauty.
