The SENKEN Imperial 8-Piece Japanese Knife Set brings the precision and discipline of Japanese blademaking tradition to your kitchen, pairing high-carbon stainless steel blades with smoothly finished wood handles.
The collection includes eight kitchen knives, giving you the right blade for everything from chopping vegetables and carving meats to slicing crusty bread and peeling fruit.
The knives feature a 15° double-bevel edge, delivering the fine, precise cuts Japanese knives are known for, while high-carbon steel provides the hardness needed to take and hold a keen edge.
Each blade is etched with a traditional Damascus pattern, paying homage to a knifemaking tradition whose history stretches back over 1,000 years.
Contoured pakkawood handles provide a firm, comfortable grip, with rich wood tones that give Imperial its classic character. An integrated finger guard adds protection while you cut.

- 8" Chef Knife
- 8" Carving Knife
- 8" Bread Knife
- 7" Cleaver Knife
