All knives are forged from 67-layer Japanese Damascus Steel with a HRC Rating of 62 for unparalleled hardiness and performance. The sharpening steel is incredibly tough with a diamond coated surface to allow ultra-precise sharpening of even the toughest knives including Damascus steel knives.

The Dynasty kitchen knives boast a beautiful Sycamore Wood Handle that is uniquely curved for a stronger grip as well as an enhanced aesthetic. The handles are smooth to the touch but also extremely durable with a suitable weight to them.
